I had the pleasure of working with Twila Baird and “All About Blinds” after purchasing my new home in Everett this year. My neighbors said that they had worked with her and that they had been able to get blinds for their entire home for a very reasonable price. I was a little nervous about the added expense after such a large home purchase but had her come by and give me a quote.

Twila was very easy to work with and gave me multiple options that were in my price range. Because I wanted something a little beyond my budget, Twila was willing to work with me and did measurements for the entire house. I started by doing half the house with the blinds I really wanted. Then each month I’d call her and she would order another room or two until the house was completed. It’s great to have the quality and look that I wanted.

When I placed the order for the final windows I had mentioned to Twila that I was ill. She not only brought the blinds but brought me hot tea to help my cold! Now that is great service!

Sarah Cooper, our Sales Rep, was a joy to work with from start to finish. She was timely, accomadating and very knowledgeable about the products.
